There are many things you can do to work at home. You could be a personal shopper. There are many people who cannot or do not have the time to run their errands or do their own shopping. You can charge a fee per hour, weekly or monthly depending on your clients needs.

Another option is pet sitter. The pet business is huge! Many people will pay well for someone to walk their dog during the day when they are at work or feed and check in on their pets when they go on vacation. It's a lot less stressful to the animals if they can stay in a familiar place and not have to be boarded at the vet.

Do you have a hobby that you could earn extra money doing or teaching? For instance if you play the piano you could give piano lessons. If you are a woodworker you could teach woodworking or build furniture to sell.

Questions to ask yourself for any work at home job you are considering:

1. Do you have a clear understanding of exactly what you have to do to make money?

2. If there is a fee involved, do you completely understand what you are paying for?

3. Are there any testimonials, do they have names and are they believable?

4. Does the description they use actually relate and explain the specific parts of the opportunity?

Don't get caught up in the hype. Use your good judgment. Make sure this is an opportunity that you will have a good chance to succeed with.
