Cake Decorating. You can earn a good income if you are creative, artistic and have a talent for decorating cakes. Decorating cakes for birthday parties, retirement parties, weddings, and other special events can be good money maker.

Cleaning Service. Most businesses hire outside help to clean the office after hours. You can also make money cleaning by offering weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning services in private homes. Dual income families often times do not have time to clean their homes so they hire a cleaning service to do it for them.

Computer Troubleshooting or Consulting. If you have a knack for working on computers and you are the go to person for you friends and family for computer problems then you may be able to start a side computer consulting or troubleshooting business.

Handy Man Services. There is always a demand for a handy man! If you are handy with tools and have basic home repair knowledge and skills then this is a service that you could offer to earn extra money. Most homeowners cannot do simple repairs themselves. They hire someone to do it for them. Start you up a handy man side business by printing up some business cards and passing them out to friends, family, coworkers and everyone else you come into contact with. Pet Sitting & Walking. If you love animals you might consider offering a pet sitting or walking service. Some people prefer to leave their animals at home instead of boarding them when they go out of town. They hire someone to sit with their pet or to feed and walk them daily while they are a way.

Photography. Yes you can make money taking pictures! If you own a professional camera and have a flair for photography you can make money taking pictures at weddings, any type of social or business events, parties, and sporting events.
